Further to the medical services offered at the Health Quest Clinic Dr Kennan Taylor has developed his practice into other areas:

Electronic Consultancy
Kennan is available to conduct the services he delivers at the Clinic via email.

This service is commonly an extension of initial consultations provided at the Clinic, where the convenience of email can facilitate an ongoing relationship and exploration of the problems at hand.

In the modern era, this provides an attractive alternative, although not currently Medicare-based.

Email Consultancy has been successfully delivered to clients (e.g. overseas) where no prior meeting has occurred, although this is usually for general advice and counselling, rather than specific problem management.

Not only is email a valid tool of communication, it is also, in Kennan's experience, eminently suitable for counselling and therapy.

Education
Kennan is strongly of the belief that teaching in the form of anecdote, story and conveyance of information, is an integral part of the therapeutic encounter.

Over many years he has developed this approach into other educational modalities; such as lecture, seminar and residential groups.

These services will be found around the website (e.g. What's New and Ganieda Sanctuary), but are available in response to demand.

Ganieda Sanctuary
Situated in a beautiful rural environment on the South coast of WA, Ganieda Sanctuary is being developed into a health retreat linked to the Health Quest Clinic.

Ganieda has been used for residential educational groups, seminars and short-term therapeutic retreats over the last fifteen years.

The environment lends support to these functions, and Ganieda has been developed to add further support in the form of a natural setting with features used for ritual and therapeutic purposes, and the guidance of skilled personnel in programmes that can be developed to suit individual needs.
